Briwatts Assortment: A silky phyllo dough delight to set the mood for your evening
Vegetarian, Chicken Classic, and Crab Meat.
Recommended wine: Sauvignon Blanc
Course 2: Spinach Nut and Fruit Salad, with Spicy Shrimp Pil Pil.
A match made in heaven highlighting the richness of flavors, and contrasts of sensations.

Course 3:
Imperial Couscous: Caramelized Red onions, Garbanzo beans, and raisins, with our Specialty Chicken on a bed of three step steamed couscous.

Course 4:
Beef Tagine: Slowly braised for 3 hours in a ginger,white pepper garlic base.
Served with Caramelized prunes and Apricots. Homemade Moroccan Bread on the Side.

Every Wednesday night 5PM - 10PM
Honor the family strings of instruments starting 5PM until 10:00PM every Wednesday in the hearth of downtown San Jose in the enchanting Morocco's Restaurant at 86 N. Market Street. San Jose, CA 95113. The artists will be treated by: Happy hour is all night long for our artists on Drinks, salads and appetizers. Reservations recommended at 408-998-1509.
Rumbia and Flamenco Concert Dinner

Valentine's Cooking Class
Sunday the 14th of February 1PM to 4PM
A 5 course preparation with 5 wine pairings in the romantic Morocco's Restaurant for an afternoon of soothing music, luscious wines, delectable cuisine, all between you and your special one. $100 per couple, all inclusive. Presale only at 408-998-1509.
On the Menu:
- Spinach Nut and Fruit Salad, Semi Sweet tart pomagranate vinaigrette.
- Shrimp Pil Pil: Learn the secret of our Pil-Pil Sauce and discover the magic of our most popular shrimp appetizer.
- Chicken Tagine: A 150 years old Moroccan Recipe, with homemade preserved Lemons and olives.
- Couscous Preparation: Learn the Secret of a 3 step steaming process to create the original Moroccan couscous.
- Mint Tea Preparation, to finish on a sweet note.
All dishes will be made as a collaborative effort between students and Chef Jay, and you will get to enjoy all dishes during the class. Wine pairing included.
