Pay: Start at $8.00 per hour and progress in pay (depending on performance)
Description:
- Front of the house team member: This position will expose the applicant to all aspects of the front of the house. The program is to train our employees to acquire all skills required to operate a restaurant at all levels.
All "front of the house team member positions" start at the bussing position; next is the Expo Position; next is the Server position; next is the Restaurant Manager Assistant position; next is the Restaurant Manager.
- Back of the house team member: This position will expose the applicant to all aspects of the back of the house. The program is to train our employees to acquire all skills required to operate the kitchen of a successful restaurant.
All "back of the house team member positions" start at dishwashing and cleaning; next is the food prep position; next is the Line Cook / Level 1 position; then Line Cook / Level 2 position; then Line Cook / Level 3 position; then the Kitchen Manager position.
Qualifications:
Memory, speed, and willingness to learn and grow. No experience necessary.
